The IWTN Conservation/Capital Projects grants scheme for 2026 is now open for applications via the Heritage Council’s online grants system.
As in previous years, the scheme will fund: Conservation works to town walls and related early buildings; Reports and surveys needed in order to obtain Ministerial Consent for town wall conservation works; New or updated Conservation Management Plans; and Maintenance Plans for town walls where significant conservation work has already taken place.
Applicants must be Irish Walled Towns Network members.
The closing date for applications is 5pm on 18th February 2026.
