As Carrickfergus is at the northeastern edge of our network map, we’ve structured the programme over two half days to allow for travel time, beginning at lunchtime on Thursday 26th and finishing after lunch on Friday 27th. There will be plenty of opportunity to explore Carrickfergus built in – including a tour of the town and its defences on the Thursday and a visit to Carrickfergus Castle on the Friday.
For those travelling by public transport, Carrickfergus is well connected to Belfast by bus or train.
Booking is open to network members and to anyone who shares our interest in making historic towns great places in which to live, work and visit.
